Abstract:This paper puts forward a fine seismic inversion technique with the thin layer as a constraint to build up the connection between seismic reservoir prediction and oilfield development and construct a reasonable reservoir exhibition system for oilfield development. The approach of thin-layer constrained seismic inversion included two parts. The first is thin-layer classification and correlation under the guidance of high resolution sequence stratigraphy,in order to ensure the formation is isochronal and reasonable.Secondly, with the thin layer as a constraint, logging data as the starting point and according to the trend of seismic data, seismic inversion be carried out for reservoir prediction. The application of thin-layer constrained seismic inversion technique in T oil field verifies that it can make good use of advantages of both seismic and well data and construct an effective reservoir exhibition system for thin layer,be favorable to reservoir evaluation and further reservoir exploration and production.
