Abstract:Before mufti-wave AVO inversion in viscoelastic medium,an amplitude compensation processing is needed,among which geometric spreading and absorption by medium are two major factors.So a formula of correction for mufti-wave geometric spreading and absorption in viscoelastic layered medium is derived in the paper.Then,a mufti-wave mapping matrix can be generalized for half-reflector in viscoelastic medium in frequency domain and the eigenvalues sensitivity of the mapping matrix can be quantitatively analyzed.The research results show that two optimal linear combinations can be determined from the mufti-wave AVO inversion in the case of amplitude compensation and the information of factors of attenuation by absorption is contained in mufti-wave AVO.However,the sensitivity of mufti-wave AVO inversion to parameters of attenuation is small.
