Abstract:There are two mufti-resolution expressions of wave-field extrapolation matrix,namely standard expression and nonstandard expression. In standard expression,there exists obvious coupling effect between scales,which not only harms the accurate image of subsurface interface but also causes slow operation. In nonstandard expression,there is no coupling effect between scales,and operation is faster than that in standard expression. The wave field recorded on ground surface is migrated and imaged on the basis of nonstandard mufti-resolution decomposition and compression of wave-field extrapolation matrix in full migration aperture. The image result shows that the method brings more accurate image than limited migration aperature method does,and causes higher operation effect than full migration aperature method.
