Abstract:The Yijianfang Formation carbonate reservoir in Xinjiang TPT Oilfield is fracture-cave type's reservoir that has strong non-homogeneity in both lateral and vertical directions. Recognition and delimitation of fracture and cave units are one of effective ways improving successful rate of exploration. First,the paper created theoretical geologic model of fracture and cave system based on drilling data and analyzed the response of fracture and cave on various common dynamic attribute parameters of seismic waves by seismic forward models; then,the multiple dynamic attribute parameters of seismic waves were integrated into an integrative parameter on that basis and delimitation of fracture and cave units of objective reservoir was carried out by combination with drilling,logging and developing data. The method using seismic wavefield parameters for recognition and delimitation of fracture and cave units of carbonate reservoir was created accordingly,which is able to be used for latter exploration and development.
