Abstract:Using triple integral equation based on scalar Green function for forward modeling transient electromagnetic response to a 3-D anomalous body,a frequency respouse of electromagnetic field component has been evaluated first on frequency domain,then the evaluated results has been transformed into time domain by using fast numeric filtering algorithm.Response of the transient electromagnetic field to surface horizontal electric dipole and thin horizontal conducted plate in different depths respectively in a geoelectric model of five layers and analysised in detail. The results showed that nearsource effects are very big when conducted anomalous body is beneath a source of field and that the survey capacity of TEM technique can yet increase instead with increasing of conductivity contrast of anomalous body to surrounding medium when berry depths of the anomalous body is deeper.
