Abstract:One essential for successful geophysical inversion is how we use empirical, prior and theoretical data to determine test冲riterion or the objective function which includes mare informations about solution. In view of neglecting tire reliability of real seismic data far inversion in definingan ordinary objective function, and the fuzzy property of both empirical criterion and similarity criterion used to compare theoretical information with real information, we introduce fuzzy mathematical principle and analyse factors affecting the test criterion so as to determine fuzzy objective function for seismic data used irz the inversion of formation parameters. The calculation of theoreticai model shows that the fuzzy objective function is more sensitive than ordinary objective functions in checking the reliability of inversion result.
