Abstract:Regarding some characteristics of the volcanic reservoir in Xushen gas field,such as complex lithology,strong heterogeneity and difficulty in predicting effective reservoir,the reservoir characteristics of the volcanic rock in Ying-1 Formation in this area were analyzed in this paper based on mud logging,well logging,core observation and thin slice identification. Through analysis of routine well logging and testing data,an effective reservoir well logging identification and evaluation workflow was established,in which sonic data,density data and neutron logging data were used as basic characteristic parameters,and natural gamma,resistivity,imaging logging response were used as constraint conditions. Based on the seismic response characteristics of the effective reservoir of the drilled well,some attributes,such as amplitude,frequency,phase,coherence,and so on were used to qualitatively predict the effective reservoir and fracture distribution. By conducting routine post-stack wave impedance inversion and pre-stack inversion,geophysical evaluation standard for effective volcanic reservoir was established,quantitative evaluation for effective volcanic reservoir was realized. The field applications show that the workflow described above provided a reliable basis for the formulation and implementation of the development plan for volcanic gas field in Xushen-9 well block.
