Abstract:When wavelets are unknown, one can directly obtain zero-phase wavelets from seismic section, Then the zero-phase wavelets can be used to get deconvolution operators, which are then applied to deconvolution processing of seismic data.pure-amplitude deconvolution is different from other kinds of deconvolution in that it need not use minimum-phase wavelets and its deconvolution operator is a zero-phase symmetric wavelet so that the phase of original seismic section is not distorted after deconvolution (namely, no time shift). It is detailed how we get the pure-amplitude deconvolution operators. The feasibility of realizing high resolution and high signal to noise radio is also disccussed in the paper.
