Abstract:Industrial noise is often an important interference in seismic exploration, Opposite-phase stacking can be used to suppress the industrial noise, An opposite-phase stack operator is made in the following steps: first, an industrial noise sample is recorded before starting the seismic shooting; then, the phase relationship is determined between the noise sample and the industrial noise in seismic record, and the initial part of the noise sample is cut away so that the noise sample and the industrial noise in seismic record are in-phase; finally,the gain recovery of the noise sample and seismic records is made, The industrial noise in seismic data can be suppressed by opposite-phase stacking of seismic data and the opposite stack operator in computer, To accomplish this, the program register, interval counter and program control chain of logic system should be modified.
