Abstract:In binary orthogonal basis,seismic record can be expressed in this equation then its 2一D spectrum can be formulated as 2一D filtering can be performed by first clearing the spectrum values corresponding to unnece,sary circular frequency ur and circular wavenufrbzr kx,tuen making inverse Fourier transform with the first equation, The fast Fourier transform subroutine (FFT) is designed using the following equations.Then,the FFT is called to perform vertically and laterally the fast Fourier transform of seismic trac-es,obtaining D spectrum.This program has time-varying and space-varying functions, in order to improve 2一D filtering,a F-K notch filter, whose main parameters are frequency and slope,is designed.The slope parameter not only can keep positive apparent velocity reflections or negative ones,but also can keep both of them, The frequency band m ust be wider than that for I一D filtering.When high velocity reflections must be kept,higher high cut frequency should be taken, when low velocity reflecLions must be kept,lower low cut frequency should be taken,in order to improve resolution,we must use the frequency sample interval smaller than 7.8 Hz, and the wavenumber sample interval smaller than 0,0003125 per meter.
