Abstract:Compared with other one way wave algorithm,the Kirchhoff prestack depth migration method has many advantages,such as flexible inputoutput,high calculation efficiency,good imaging result for the steep angle and so on,as a result the Kirchhoff prestack depth migration method is still the dominant algorithm in the industry.However with the technical development in acquisition technique and computer technology the algorithm now is facing the challenges,like huge amount of seismic data,the high performance hardware and so on,the bottlenecks of the algorithm were analyzed in detail and then a sets of methods and stratifies were proposed in this paper.Those methods and stratifies include dynamic dispatching technique,data compression technique,algorithm optimization technique and stream-line software optimization technique,they were already implemented in the Geoeast System as software products,briefly called Geoeast integration method.The field application of the software show that it could greatly shorten the production cycle,save precious computer resource and labour cost for the clients.
