Abstract:In the case study of X56 well Black in Daqing Oilfield, through integrated utilization of multi kinds of information, such as seismic attributes, geology, drilling, cores and performance data,a new idea of cross-well reservoir prediction, depositional microfacies studies and reservoir modeling under the dense well pattern was proposed in this paper. At first the well attribute extraction and cluster analysis technique were used to establish the relationships between the seismic parameters and the reservoir thickness parameters, and to conduct depositional microfacies studies by integration of well and seismic;then by using variogram analysis tool to conduct spatial structure analysis, and by using 2D trend constrained sequential indicator simulation algorithm the phase band boundary extracted from the sediment facies maps was taken as quantitative constraint conditions in the modeling process;finally,a set of 3D fully quantitative reservoir geological model which was verified by performance production data was established. The study example shows that the 3D reservoir geological model could indicate not only the vertically changed characterictics reflected by cores data and well logging data, but also the lateral continuous information of the seismic data, making the depositional microfacies distribution studies more accurate.
