Abstract:In controllable source long wire source frequency-domain electromagnetic sounding,the static displacement caused by shallow heterogeneous body at survey point has been widely understood and has been very well corrected.According to exchange principle,the similar effect would be caused with well log curve when the shallow heterogeneous body is at field source,which is called field source static displacement.However this kind of effect rarely attracts our attention.The paper studied by 3D modeling the electric field of the survey point when the field source is at different geoelectric anomalous bodies and the variation law of the full region apparent resistivity.It can be found that when the length of the ignition field source is less or close to the size of heterogeneous body,the characteristic and law of generated effect are exactly same as those of routine static displacement and the effect varies with the changes in the field source length,the location,size and resistivity change of the heterogeneous body,and only when the size of the field source is much greater than the size of the heterogeneous body,the effect will be reduced and its characteristic is different with the static displacement effect.These research results can play a guidance role in practical production.
