Abstract:In the secondary development stage of Eastern Liaohe Depression,surface seismic cannot meet reservoir exact characterization and reservoir parameter calculations.To overcome the problem,we use 3D VSP data combined with other data to carry out a comprehensive interpretation.Firstly,the accurate time-depth relationship of zero-offset VSP is used to calibrate various data (logging,drilling,3D seismic,and 3D VSP data) to determine reservoir parameters.And reservoir-sensitive attributes are selected on zero-offset VSP data.Then,low-relief structures and faults in the study area are identified on 3D VSP data,and the sand and remaining oil distributions are predicted with wave impedance inversion and attribute analysis.Finally,the favorable oil and gas distribution areas are predicted,which provides a basis for the development evaluation and deployment.Based on our study,the remaining oil mainly distributes in the high part of the north-eastern slope.
