Abstract:The microseismic interpretation is mainly based on the spatial distribution of microseismic events combined with seismic,geology,and other data.It can hardly interpret reservoir stimulation effects and analyze rock fracturing characteristics.We use in this paper the moment tensor inversion for rock fracturing characteristics analysis.The data noise analysis is used to test the suitability and stability of the inversion method.Based on microseismic monitoring data of reservoir stimulation processed by the inversion,the rupture properties (strike,dip,and rake) of microseismic events,the typeof isotropic component (ISO),double couple component (DC),and compensated linear vector dipole component (CLVD) are analyzed.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the focal mechanism,reservoir physical properties,and artificial fracturing operation parameters,we can propose a more reasonableoptimized reservoir stimulation operation plan.
