Abstract:Nanpu sag is located in the north of Huanghua Depression,Bohai Bay Basin.Influenced by multi-phase tectonic movements,the faults are well developed.In late Neogene,due to the structural reversion under EW direction weak compressive force in Napu sag,specific negative flower structure styles were formed.The faults are indentified by means of time and coherence cube slices,as well as curvature data,dynamic development data,logging well data.The fault styles in profile and in plane are summarized in this article.The characteristic of faults and their control of oil source,reservoir and traps are identified.
