Abstract:Based on the analysis of the plane wave decomposition of the shot gather data,the local plane wave was introduced in this paper,then the local plane wave decomposition was discussed,at last the local plane wave imaging was realized by applying relevant imaging conditions,which are application of the local plane wave of the source field and the reflection field.The trial calculation results for Marmousi model show that the contribution of the plane wave with different ray parameters to the final imaging results are different,as a result targeted selection of the ray parameters could be conducted for the plane wave imaging,the wave equation-based local plane wave pre-stack depth migration imaging method has excellent spatial locality and the directivity,it could conduct migration imaging for the structure in special direction.
